Multimeric IgG antibodies (MultYbodies™) against immune costimulatory molecues of the TNF receptor superfamily members (OX40, CD40, GITR, 4-1BB and others), which were generated using JN Biosciences' proprietary MultYmab™ antibody engineering technology, function as potent agonists of these receptors and strong inducers of immune responses.  

The multimeric humanized anti-OX40 IgG antibody, HuOHX10-MultYbody™, which is a leading therapeutic candidate in this program, exhibited potent activities to stimulate immune responses of T cells.  Its activity was enhanced in the presence of an anti-PD-1 antibody (click here for the data). HuOHX10-MultYbody™ is available for out-licensing.

The proprietary MultYmab™ technology has also been applied to generation of agonist antibodies against other constimulatory molecules such as CD40, GITR, 4-1BB, CD27 and HVEM.  Characterization of these antibodies is in progress.
